Midnite is the only brand on Dribble Media’s UK licence, and it’s best for players who want sports betting and casino games in one modern app. It began as an esports betting app, built around professional video game competitions such as Counter-Strike tournaments.
Today it’s a full sportsbook, the section where you bet on football, racing and other sports, with slots, live dealer games (table games such as blackjack and roulette run by a real dealer on a video stream) and bingo sharing the same account and balance.
The app keeps things tidy for a newcomer, as the casino lobby opens on a search bar with tabs for slots, new games, roulette and blackjack, and help starts with an AI chat assistant called Luna.
What I like:
-
✓
One account and balance for sports, casino and bingo
-
✓
A tidy app layout that’s easy to find your way around as a beginner
-
✓
Welcome offers for both casino and sports, so you can pick the one that matches how you play
-
✓
A large slot and live casino library from well-known providers
What I dislike:
-
–
No Android app on Google Play, so Android users play through the mobile site
-
–
Free spins only work on Big Bass Splash, not the whole library
-
–
The casino offer needs a £20 deposit, four times the usual £5 minimum

Is Midnite the right site for you?
Five quick checks before you register will tell you whether Midnite fits the way you like to play.
How do payments and games work at Midnite?
Midnite uses the same payment system and game library for its sportsbook and casino, so the deposit rules, withdrawal times and games below apply whichever side you play. Payments are handled by Checkout.com, and credit cards aren’t accepted because the UK Gambling Commission banned them for gambling in April 2020.
Which payment methods can you use?
You can deposit from £5 with any of five payment methods, and every deposit reaches your balance instantly.
| Payment method | Min deposit | Max deposit | Deposit time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard debit | £5 | £5,000 | Instant |
| Apple Pay | £5 | £5,000 | Instant |
| Google Pay | £5 | £5,000 | Instant |
| Pay By Bank | £5 | £5,000 | Instant |
| Trustly | £5 | £5,000 | Instant |
Starting with £5 or £10 is normal, and a small first deposit is a sensible way to learn how the site works before you decide whether to add more.
How quickly can you withdraw?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly and Pay By Bank withdrawals take up to 72 hours, while debit card withdrawals can take up to five business days.
| Payment method | Max withdrawal | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard debit | £5,000 | Up to 5 business days |
| Apple Pay | £5,000 | Up to 72 hours |
| Google Pay | £5,000 | Up to 72 hours |
| Trustly | £5,000 | Up to 72 hours |
| Pay By Bank | £5,000 | Up to 72 hours |
Because Midnite lets you keep only one payment method active at a time, and switching needs a balance under £3 with no open bets, it makes sense to choose a faster option such as Apple Pay or Pay By Bank when you make your first deposit.
Which game providers does Midnite have?
Midnite lists more than 3,600 games from 52 providers, with Pragmatic Play supplying the largest share.
The live dealer games come from Evolution, and Midnite’s game providers page lists every provider. Payment details and game counts are as of October 2026.
What welcome offers does Midnite have?
Midnite has two welcome offers, 100 free spins for casino players and £30 in free bets for sports bettors, and each one has its own promo code that you enter when you register. Both offers below are as of October 2026.
What do you get from the casino welcome offer?
You get 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash after depositing £20 and wagering £20 on eligible slots. Free spins are rounds on a slot that the casino pays for, and wagering £20 means placing £20 worth of bets in total, so you can still win some of it back along the way.
- Reward: 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash, worth 10p each, so £10 of spins in total
- How to qualify: register with code BETGETCASINO, deposit at least £20, then wager £20 on eligible slots
- Eligible slots for the £20: Cops N Robbers Grand Chance, Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Secrets of the Golden Lake, KKC Even Bigger Bananas and Fishing Frenzy Big Catch
- Expiry: 7 days after the spins are added to your account
Midnite adds the spins to your account once your qualifying bets have settled, and you need to restart the game before they show up.
What do you get from the sports welcome offer?
You get £30 in free bets after a £10 bet at odds of evens or longer, placed within 14 days of signing up. Evens (1/1) means a winning £10 bet returns £20, your £10 stake plus £10 profit.
Most of the free bets are for bet builders, which combine several outcomes from one match into a single bet, and accas (short for accumulators), which link picks from different matches so that every pick has to win for the bet to pay out.
- Reward: one £10 single free bet, three £5 bet builder free bets and one £5 acca free bet
- How to qualify: register with code BETGET30, deposit at least £10, then bet £10 at odds of 1/1 or longer
- Free bet rules: bet builders need at least three selections at odds of 3/1 or longer, and the acca needs at least four selections at 4/1 or longer
- Expiry: 7 days after the free bets are added, and they can’t be used on virtual sports (computer-simulated races and matches)
Free bet stakes aren’t returned with your winnings, so a winning £5 free bet at 3/1 pays £15 rather than £20.

Who is Dribble Media Limited?
Dribble Media Limited is the London gambling company that founded Midnite and holds a UK Gambling Commission licence covering it, its only online casino and sports betting brand.
A UKGC licence means the company has to check your age and identity, keep its games fair and offer safer gambling tools, and Dribble Media’s licence covers casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, pool betting (where stakes go into a shared pot that the winners split) and bingo.
Since 11 August 2026, a second company, Midnite Limited, has held its own UKGC licence for Midnite (account 101839), and Midnite’s site now names it as the operator for customers in Great Britain. Midnite Limited is registered in Gibraltar, while Midnite Europe Limited, registered in Malta, runs Midnite for customers in Ireland under a licence from Ireland’s Gambling Regulatory Authority.
- UKGC account: 42647
- Licence number: 042647-R-321653-023
- Midnite’s GB operator since August 2026: Midnite Limited (UKGC account 101839)
- Companies House number: 09555672
- Incorporated: 22 April 2015
- Owned by: Private company, backed by its founders and investors
- Co-founders: Nick Wright and Daniel Qu
- Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE
How did Dribble Media start?
Nick Wright and Daniel Qu founded Dribble Media in London in April 2015, and Midnite is its second product. The first was Dribble, a daily fantasy football app (a game where you pick a team of real players and score points from how they perform that day) built in partnership with Sky Bet, and the company kept the Dribble name after moving into betting.
The founders went on to launch Midnite as an esports betting app, and Dribble Media added sports betting to its UK licence in December 2018 as the Midnite sportsbook opened. A 16 million US dollar Series A (the first large investment round from professional backers) led by The Raine Group followed in 2022, then casino games and horse racing in 2023 and bingo in July 2024.

How big is Dribble Media today?
Dribble Media is a small but fast-growing company, with around 150 employees by early 2026. In January 2026 it raised 35 million US dollars in a Series C round, a later investment round for companies that are already growing, which took its total equity funding (money invested in exchange for shares) past 75 million US dollars.
It has also arranged a credit facility (an agreed amount it can borrow) of 100 million US dollars to pay for marketing and growth, and much of that marketing goes into sport.
Midnite is the front-of-shirt sponsor of Wolves, Sheffield United and Middlesbrough for 2026/27 and the official UK betting and casino partner of the World Snooker Championship, and in October 2026 it became the NFL’s official sports betting partner in the UK and Ireland.
Who owns and runs Dribble Media?
No single person or company owns more than a quarter of Dribble Media. It’s a private company, so instead of being traded on a stock exchange, its shares are held by its founders and the venture capital firms (investors that back young, fast-growing companies) that put money into it, such as The Raine Group, Play Ventures and Makers Fund.
Nick Wright has been a director since the company was set up in 2015, and Daniel Qu, who stepped down from the board in 2023, rejoined it in December 2025. The board also includes John Salter, co-founder of The Raine Group, and Anton Backman of Play Ventures.
Has Dribble Media been in trouble with regulators?
The UK Gambling Commission has taken no regulatory action against Dribble Media, but the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA, the body that enforces the UK’s advertising rules) has upheld five rulings against Midnite adverts since 2021. You can confirm the licence and its enforcement history yourself on the UKGC public register.
What has the ASA ruled on Midnite adverts?
The upheld rulings fall into two groups: adverts likely to appeal to young people, and adverts that showed gambling in a harmful way. An upheld ruling isn’t a fine, as the ASA orders the advert not to run again in that form and tells the company to change its approach.
| Date | Advert | What the ASA found |
|---|---|---|
| December 2021 | Facebook ad for esports betting | Encouraged irresponsible gambling behaviour |
| September 2025 | AI-generated parody of Trent Alexander-Arnold on X | Likely to strongly appeal to under-18s |
| November 2025 | X post featuring Son Heung-Min | Likely to strongly appeal to under-18s |
| August 2026 | Two TV ads, two on-demand ads and a radio ad (125 complaints) | Showed harmful gambling behaviour and presented gambling as an escape from personal problems |
| September 2026 | Paid TikTok ad for the World Cup | Featured someone who seemed to be under 25 gambling |
One complaint was not upheld, as in June 2026 the ASA found that a TikTok creator’s advert for Midnite reached an overwhelmingly adult audience. None of the rulings concern how Midnite handles deposits, withdrawals or customer accounts.
What are the pros and cons of Dribble Media sites?
Dribble Media’s strengths are a licence with no enforcement action and well-funded growth, while its weaknesses are having only one brand and a run of advertising rulings. Taking the company and Midnite together, these are the main reasons to choose it or look elsewhere:
What I like:
-
✓
No action from the UK Gambling Commission since Dribble Media was first licensed in 2015.
-
✓
Investor backing. Venture capital firms have put more than 75 million US dollars into the company to develop Midnite.
-
✓
Fully UK-based. It’s registered in London and does all of its engineering in the UK.
What I dislike:
-
–
Only one brand. If Midnite doesn’t suit you, there’s no sister site in the group to move to.
-
–
Repeated advertising rulings. The ASA has ruled against Midnite adverts five times since 2021.
-
–
A young casino. Midnite has only offered casino games since 2023, so its casino has a shorter track record than older UK brands.
Is Midnite a good pick?
Midnite is a sensible pick if you want one app for sports betting and slots, and because it’s Dribble Media’s only UK brand, your real choice is which of its two welcome offers to take.
If slots are your main interest, start with the casino offer, as long as you already enjoy Big Bass Splash, since all 100 spins go on that one game.
If you mainly bet on football, take the sports offer, which works best if you like combining picks, because most of the £30 comes as bet builder and acca free bets.
Before your first deposit, I’d open the safer gambling settings and set a deposit limit. It only takes a minute, and a limit you choose with a clear head is much easier to stick to than one you set after a losing run.
Nikola StaninIf you ever feel gambling is getting out of hand, GamStop lets you self-exclude (block yourself) from every UKGC-licensed site, including Midnite, for six months, one year or five years. Treat gambling as entertainment you pay for, not a way to make money.
If you want to dig deeper, our Midnite review covers the app, games, support and withdrawals in detail, or you can compare Dribble Media with other gambling companies such as BV Gaming.
